2. Order Processing & Packaging
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Every Mercer Standard garment is inspected, hand-folded, and packaged in archival unbleached kraft boxes and custom linen dust bags to preserve garment integrity during transit.
3. International Deliveries (DHL Express)
We proudly ship worldwide via DHL Express. International transit takes between 3 to 6 business days. Import duties, customs, and local value-added taxes (VAT) are calculated and collected directly at checkout for full transparency.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is scanned by our carrier, you will receive an automated dispatch notification email containing a direct live tracking link and estimated delivery day.
